Terms and Conditions
* When you attend an event you must show the venue or the host upon arrival your loyalty card to be awarded the points and the respective points will automatically be added onto your account the following day.
* Tables must be booked 24 hours in advance and if you book a table and do not show up then points will be deducted from your account. If this happens more than 3 times then your account will be deleted and your loyalty card will become invalid.
* Cheques can take up to 2 weeks to be recieved just in case there are any problems with the post!
* If you have referred friends to the scheme, then you must email members@velvet-pr.com with the names of your referrals and we will check and award you the points instantly.
* In order to claim your cash then you must email us and let us know how many points you would like to trade and we will make the arrangements for you.
* Best dressed and picture of the evening will be chosen by us! and we will not accept bribes….
* We will also be awarding you for being the highest earner of the week and month!, we will email you details of your prize and how to claim it.
