Velvet PR has the following Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities available in our E-flyers, on our Website and at our Events:
WEBSITE OPPORTUNITIES:
- Your logo (with text underneath) on our website for an agreed period of time with a link to a specified page of your website.
- Banner Ads can be displayed throughout the site to a audience of over 6k visitors a month for as little as £20 a week.
E-FLYER OPPORTUNITIES:
- Advertisement in our e-flyers for specific event, which includes your logo and a link to a specified page of your website. The Price depends on where you would like to be positioned in the e-flyer.
EVENT OPPORTUNITIES:
- Pop Up Banner:

- Attend one of our events and bring your pop up banner stand with you to display at the event.
15% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.
- Literature Distribution:

- Have your literature handed out to the delegates as they leave an event.
15% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.
EVENT STAND:
- • Stand includes 3 free places at the event
• The stand must be 6 foot by 3 foot maximum
• Maximum of 4 stands at an event with no competitors exhibiting at the same event
• Exhibitor is responsible for supplying their stand
For an additional fee you will receive a mention (with a link to your website).
25% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.
EVENT SPONSOR:
- • Coverage out to our database (including words of text, your logo and a link to your website) in the course of marketing the event
• A stand at the event (as outlined above)
• An opportunity to address all the delegates at the event
• Free places for your company at the event
• Coverage in the email (with a link to your website) which goes out to all the delegates that attend the event
• A link to your website on the ‘Events’ page of our website
Joint sponsorship would see a maximum of only one other sponsor. Should you not wish to take out the full event sponsorship package a part package can be negotiated.
25% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.
CANCELATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee in relation to the above for any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the event or e-flyer (whichever is appropriate.) For the ‘Event Sponsorship’ package it is 7 days prior to the first scheduled e-mail out to our database.
Payment for sponsorship/marketing opportunities at our events, on our website and within our e-flyers is required in advance.
