Boyd's Bar and Brasserie

Launched in February this year, Boyd's Bar and Brasserie is a stunning find. Hidden on Northumberland Avenue just off Trafalgar Square, you will feel like you've just discovered something very special as soon as you enter the magnificent marble reception (expect lots of oohs and ahs for unwitting guests). The new 80 cover restaurant and bar is owned by Charles Boyd who is known for catering for the Queen's Garden parties! It's obvious that standards have in no way slipped for this new venture as the food is immaculately presented and the quality really shines through at Boyd's Bar and Brasserie. The all-day brasserie offers modern British cuisine created by Head Chef, Richard Hawthorne. There is also a very tempting tapas menu, bar menu and the pre-theatre offering is a very reasonable £15.50 for two courses and £18.50 for three courses. The focal point Boyd's Bar and Brasserie is the impressive black granite bar adorned with antique mirrors offering a fantastic range of wines and spirits. The champagne offer is available when ordering two courses from the main menu or a Boyd's Bar and Brasserie three-course pre theatre menu.
