The Austrian who has stormed America’s kitchens (no, they never made that Schwarzenegger film) has returned to Europe with his first ever opening, landing on Park Lane last week. The newest member of the CUT franchise cut at 45 park lane (some of which are Michelin-starred) aims to capture the hearts and palates of London’s West End with a superior selection of steaks featuring the best cuts from the UK, USA, Australia, Chile and New Zealand.
Cut at 45 park lane will be grilled to perfection and accompanied with sauces like Argentinean chimichurri or shallot red wine bordelaise. This is to be complemented by a broad range of seafood starters and mains including big eye tuna tartare with wasabi aioli, ginger, Togarashi crisps and Tosa soy.
