Helios Club Guestlist

The Helios guestlist is not a casual add-on. It is the entry mechanism if you are not booking a table.

Helios is the room you hear about once you already know Selene. Set within the Selene complex on Winsley Street, close to Oxford Circus, it operates as the venue’s more intimate, house-led after-hours space: smaller, darker, and more focused than the main room. Selene itself opened in late 2024 with a Greek mythology theme, taking over the former Libertine site, with Helios positioned as its separate club room and late-night counterpoint.

Promoter information is quite clear about guest list rules: being on the Helios guestlist does not automatically guarantee free entry or a queue jump. It means you are up for door approval. Guestlist is generally available for groups of women or mixed groups, with mixed groups expected to keep a balanced ratio. Men typically pay £30-£40, while women pay £10-£20, though final entry is at the door’s discretion.

That structure makes sense once you are inside. Helios guestlist doesn't mean drift. The room holds up to around 200 guests, which gives it a more concentrated energy than Selene’s main club. It is perfect for a smaller crowd, but with the same late-night pressure: tables close to the action, bottle service moving through the room, and a dancefloor that works best once the guestlist has done its filtering.

Musically, Helios has a clearer identity than many London club rooms. While Selene’s main room leans open-format, hip-hop, and commercial, Helios is the house music room. It is the place people move into when they want the night to stretch out rather than restart. Current listings show Helios running very late, with Thursday hours listed until 7 am and Friday and Saturday until 5 am, which tells you a lot about the kind of night it wants to be.

The drinks offer follows the usual premium club rhythm on the Helios guestlist: cocktails, Champagne, spirits, and table-led bottle service rather than a sit-down food experience. Venue hire listings also note bar facilities, bottle service, cocktail menus, and catering options for private events.

Why bother with the guestlist, then? Because Helios is not really a walk-in proposition. The guestlist gives the night its shape. It keeps the room in balance, keeps the crowd intentional, and keeps the after-party feeling like somewhere you belong rather than something you ended up in.

Helios Entry Fee

Helios guestlist operates with a fairly typical West End pricing structure, though the door policy is noticeably selective. Entry fees usually depend on the night, the group size, and whether you are arriving via guestlist or a promoter booking. Current promoter listings suggest men can expect to pay around £30–£40, while women generally pay closer to £10–£20. As with most table-led London clubs, being on the guestlist does not guarantee entry, particularly later in the evening. Arriving early tends to make a significant difference. Helios Table Prices

Table prices at Helios vary considerably depending on the night, the table position, and the size of the group. Because the room is relatively intimate, tables closer to the dance floor tend to move quickly, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Minimum spends start from around £1,000 for smaller groups, increasing substantially for premium placements and peak nights. Bottle service forms a large part of the overall experience here, and the room is very much designed around that format rather than casual walk-in drinking.
