All you have to do is fill in a quick profile questionnaire to help their fashion team learn about your style preferences. Or if you know what you want, tell them exactly what you’re looking for, whether it be a total change of wardrobe, a new outfit or a couple of items to pad out your pre-existing arsenal. If you aren’t sure of your size, they’ll send you a few options to try on.

After receiving the questionnaire, you’ll be contacted personally by your stylist who will handpick your clothing.  They’ll confirm a few details, arrange the delivery and collection, and send the case free of charge to your favoured location, whether it’s at home, the office, or your club. You’ll then have plenty of time (up to 12 days) to try the clothes on. After they collect the case (free of charge), they’ll charge you only for the clothes you have decided to keep.
