New Years Eve Information for PR's...

Full New Years Eve info and terms for PR's listed below. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sell E-tickets for the event...

E-tickets are available for our NYE party. We have previously used Fatsoma as our E-ticket website but have now switched to EventBrite, the market leader. Registering as a rep/affilliate gives you your own link to sell tickets for the event. This link relates to YOU ONLY and tracks YOUR SALES ONLY. You can then obviously use this link on all social media, facebook, twitter, bbm, text, mail and everywhere else to drive your sales.

Commission on e-Ticket sales are 35% for PR's. You withdraw your own money from the website via PayPal straight into your bank account, so no chasing anybody for payment.

 

Sell paper tickets for the event... 

Paper tickets will also be available for PR's to push. These will not be price marked and will allow the PR to sell for whatever price they wish. PR's buy the tickets from us at wholesale price, then sell on to make their profit. These tickets will be priced in two ways. PR's buying tickets before Christmas can collect them for £30 each. Tickets will cost £40 each after Christmas.

Hosting... 

Most venues do not offer hosting to PR's on New Years Eve. We have decided to be flexible and have agreed some things with the venue.

Hosting Bottles

- Any PR's selling 20 tickets will have a hosting Magnum of Vodka. This applies to single PR's lists only, not combining numbers or working in teams to hit numbers. This will be strictly adhered to so dont waste your time chasing me on the night because you have sold 16 tickets. There is a minimum spend target attached to the event. I will not fail this target because PR's want a lot of free booze. Additional bottles at PR prices may be available if we are on course to hit the minimum spend. This will be decided on the night at 1am and not before.

Hosting Tables - Spending tables will be the priority. We are likely to sell all tables. If we do not then there may be some hosting tables available. Buckets will be set up with mixers etc elsewhere in the room for PR's who hit targets for hosting.

Tickets...

This is a ticket only event. Advance e-tickets or paper tickets can be purchased in advance. This event will be sold out prior to the date and tickets will not be available on the door. Doors open at 9pm, with a champagne and canapé reception for early arrivals between 9 and 10pm. I.D. is required by all guests regardless of age. The venue reserves the right of admission at all times and all guests are subject to the clubs entry policies.

Tickets are priced as follows:

 

  • NYE Advance Early Bird Ticket (before 16th Dec Only) - Ladies £40 | Gents £50
  • New Years Eve Standard Ticket (before 25th Dec Only) - Ladies £50 | Gents £50
  • New Years Eve Standard Ticket (on or after 26th Dec) - £More TBC

29th NOVEMBER - JALOUSE NIGHTCLUB - TYLER JAMES LIVE

 

Tyler James is a singer/somgwriter from Canning Town in East London. He was runner up in the recent series of BBC's The Voice. He joins us this Thursday to perform exclusively for our guests. One of London's finest, DJ Rich Stone will be providing the R'n'B Hip Hop Soundtrack as our Jalouse Thursdays go from strength to strength.

Jalouse Thursdays continue to be a staple of the London nightlife atmosphere, and are a reference for many other clubs for their exclusivity and vibe. The private club is known to be frequented by celebrities and lately we have been joined at our parties by the likes of Rihanna, Rizzle Kicks, Lewis Hamilton, J.Cole and Jill Scott. Jalouse Thursdays are known for their incredible atmosphere, aided by the featured DJ's who are known for getting the crowd dancing to the best beats in town. DJ Yann 'Urbansoldier' Labbe will be providing the soundtrack for Jalouse Thursdays. He is known for getting regulars incredibly active and for spinning with immense artists such as N'Dubz, Mariah Carey, and Kid Cudi.

30th Nov | AURA MAYFAIR | ZOO PARTY
Our infamous Zoo Party returns. For the uninitiated, the idea is to break out the animal print. Make-up artists and body painters will be in the club to help. Wear a leopard print item of clothing, handbag, shoes, a onesie, etc. Be subtle or go all out. Some even wear full fancy dress outfits! The dress code is not compulsory but plenty of people do get involved in the fun. This is also Guy Fawkes Night and the very talented Girls Roc will entertain us with a seductive fire show to the backdrop of indoor fireworks. Confetti bomb explosions will pepper the night.

Galvin Bistro Deluxe

Galvin Bistro Deluxe was the first eponymous restaurant of the acclaimed Galvin brothers. Opened on Baker Street in 2005, the restaurant is modelled on the traditional ‘bistrots’ of France and has proved a consistent hit with critics and diners, offering French classics cooked using quality seasonal ingredients, at reasonable prices. The food is just as good as Galvin at Windows – in fact Galvin Bistro Deluxe was voted French Restaurant of the Year at the London Restaurant Awards 2008 as well as receiving a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand 2008.
